General Provisions
1.1. These clauses are valid for the commercial activity carried out by:

Hereinafter referred to as “ANNA CORI” and “Client” and/or “User” - the natural person who places an order using the platform of the website www.annacori.bg or through other means expressly specified in this contract, and who purchases the products sold by ANNA CORI.
1.2. These conditions constitute the framework within which the contractual relations between the parties are carried out, and the client has become familiar with them, having read and accepted them at the time of submitting the order or registering as a user of the website www.annacori.bg, and are valid only for individuals, not for legal entities.
1.3. In the event that a contract containing specific clauses has been concluded between the parties, this contract has priority and these clauses supplement it, to the extent that the contract does not contain conflicting provisions, which will apply with priority and are not valid for legal entities. If this is desirable, i.e. invoicing for each legal entity, another contract is concluded and the conditions are discussed.
1.3. All correspondence is carried out by email. Telephone numbers are not taken into account.
Definitions
2.1. The following terms will have the meanings specified below in the content of this contract:
a. SITE - all information on the SITE that can be visited, viewed or otherwise accessed using a digital device;
b. CONTENT - the content of the site, as well as of any newsletter or email sent to its USERS or CUSTOMERS by ANNA CORI electronically and/or by other available means of communication, as well as any information communicated in any way by an employee of our company to the USER or CUSTOMER, according to the contact information indicated or not by the latter; information related to the products, services and/or tariffs charged by ANNA CORI for a certain period;
c. SERVICE - the e-commerce service carried out exclusively in the publicly accessible parts of the SITE, in the sense of providing the CUSTOMER with the opportunity to negotiate products and/or services using electronic means, but also through other means of distance communication (e.g. by telephone).
d. USER - A natural or legal person under public or private law who has or obtains access to the CONTENT, through any means of communication (electronic, telephone, etc.) or based on a user agreement between ANNA CORI and it;
e. PROFILE - the set formed by an email address and password that allow a USER to access restricted areas of the SITE, through which the SERVICE is accessed.
f. CLIENT - A natural person under public or private law who has or obtains access to the CONTENT and the SERVICE, through any means (electronic, telephone, etc.) or based on a user agreement between Anna Cori and him, who benefits from the products and/or services offered by ANNA CORI and purchased by him through the use of the SERVICE;
g. USER - any natural person or group of persons established in associations who act for purposes outside their commercial, industrial or manufacturing, craft or freelance activity;
h. DOCUMENT - this document entitled "General Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale";
i. BULLETIN - a means of periodic information, exclusively electronic, on the products, services and/or promotions carried out by ANNA CORI during a certain period, without any commitment on the part of ANNA CORI with regard to the information contained therein;
j. TRANSACTION - receipt or refund of an amount resulting from the sale of a product/service by ANNA CORI to the Customer, regardless of the method of delivery;
k. DISTANCE CONTRACT – the contract for the supply of products or services concluded between ANNA CORI and a customer, an individual, within the framework of the sales system organized by Anna Cori, which exclusively uses, before and after the conclusion of this contract, one or more distance communication techniques.
Terms of the contract
3.1. The subject of the contract is the marketing of ANNA CORI products, according to the commercial offer between individuals and the company ANNA CORI BULGARIA.
3.2. These commercial clauses are applicable to all sales/purchase operations of goods concluded remotely and carried out through the methods specified in this Document, between individuals and our company.
3.3. This Document establishes the terms and conditions for the use of the site/content/service by the user or client, unless he has concluded another separate agreement with ANNA CORI, which will apply with priority.
3.4. Upon registration, each User is obliged to read these clauses. Only persons who have expressly agreed may acquire the status of Users and/or Clients of ANNA CORI.
General terms and conditions for use of the site/service
4.1. Access to the SERVICE is carried out exclusively through access to the public website www.annacori.bg
4.2. The use, including but not limited to, access, visit and viewing of the content/service, implies compliance by the user or client with these clauses, unless the relevant content does not have clearly formulated terms and conditions of use.
4.3. By using the site/content/service, the User or Client is solely responsible for all activities arising from this activity. He is also liable for any material or other damage caused to the site, the content, the service, ANNA CORI or a third party with whom ANNA CORI has concluded contracts, in accordance with the current Bulgarian legislation.
4.4. In the event that the User or Client does not agree and/or does not accept and/or withdraws his consent to the document:
4.4.1. He renounces: access to the service, other services offered by ANNA CORI through the site, receipt of newsletters and/or messages from ANNA CORI of any nature (electronic, telephone, etc.), without subsequent guarantee from ANNA CORI.
4.4.2. ANNA CORI will delete all data relating to him from its database, without any subsequent obligation of any party to the other or without any party being able to claim compensation from the other.
4.5. The Client/User may at any time revoke his/her decision to agree and/or accept the document, in the form in which it will be available at that time.
4.6. In order to exercise his/her right provided for by Bulgarian law, he/she may contact ANNA CORI or use the links in the content received from ANNA CORI intended for this purpose.
4.7. The Client may not revoke the consent expressed in favor of the document during the performance of a Contract or until the moment when he/she has not paid the value of all unfulfilled Contracts to ANNA CORI.
4.8. In the event that the Client has paid the value of all unfulfilled Contracts to ANNA CORI and revokes his/her consent expressed in favor of the document during the performance of an Order, ANNA CORI will cancel his/her order without any subsequent obligation of either party to the other or without either party being able to claim compensation from the other.
4.9. ANNA CORI reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, partially or completely, the services provided through this Site, with or without prior notice.
4.10. ANNA CORI is not liable to users or to third parties, individuals or legal entities or institutions for the modification, suspension or interruption of the services available through the Site.
4.11. ANNA CORI may modify the content and terms of use of the Site at any time. The new terms and conditions shall enter into force from the moment of their publication by registration on this Site and shall not have retroactive effect.
4.12. ANNA CORI reserves the right to make changes to these provisions, as well as changes to the site/its structure/the services offered, including changes that could affect the site and/or any part of the site content, without prior notice to users.
4.13. ANNA CORI reserves the right to insert advertising materials of any nature and/or links on any page of the Site, in accordance with current legislation.
Content
5.1. The informational/image content presented on the ANNA CORI website is the intellectual property of ANNA CORI.
5.2. The Client/User is not entitled to copy, transfer, modify and/or otherwise alter, use, link, display, include any content in any context other than the original one intended by ANNA CORI, to use the content or any part thereof outside the ANNA CORI website, to remove and
signs indicating ANNA CORI's copyright on the content, as well as to participate in the transfer, sale, distribution of materials created by reproducing, modifying or displaying the content, except with the express consent of ANNA CORI.
5.3. Any content to which the User or Client has and/or gains access in any way is subject to this Document, if the content is not accompanied by a specific and valid user agreement concluded between ANNA CORI and him, and without any implicit or explicit guarantee formulated by ANNA CORI in relation to such content.
5.4. The Client/User may copy, transfer and/or use the content only for personal or non-commercial purposes, only if they do not contradict other provisions of the document.
5.5. If ANNA CORI grants the Client/User the right to use, in the form described in a separate user agreement, certain content to which the User has or receives access under this agreement, this right extends only to that part or parts of the content specified in the agreement, only for the period of its existence or that content on the site or the period specified in the agreement, under the conditions specified in the agreement, if any, and does not constitute a contractual obligation on the part of ANNA CORI to the relevant User, Client or other third party who has/receives access to this transferred content, in any way and who could be or is harmed in any way as a result of this content, during or after the expiration of the user agreement.
5.6. No content transmitted to the User or Client, by any means of communication (electronic, telephone, etc.) or acquired by him through access, visit and/or viewing, constitutes a contractual obligation on the part of ANNA CORI and/or an ANNA CORI employee who mediated the transfer of content, if any, with respect to the relevant content.
5.7. Any use of the content for purposes other than those expressly permitted by the document or by the User Agreement that accompanies it, if any, is prohibited.
Contact details
6.1. ANNA CORI publishes on the site the complete and correct identification and contact details of the Client or User.
6.2. By using the contact form or service available on the site, the User or Client allows ANNA CORI to contact him by all available means, including electronic ones, but communication regarding orders is carried out only by email.
6.3. Partial or complete completion of the contact form and its submission in no way constitutes an obligation on the part of ANNA CORI to contact the User or Client.
6.4. Access to the site, use of the information presented therein, visiting the pages or sending emails or notifications addressed to ANNA CORI is carried out electronically, by telephone or through other means of communication available to the User or Client and ANNA CORI, whereby the User/Client agrees to receive notifications from ANNA CORI electronically and/or by telephone, including communications by email or through announcements on the site.
Online Sales Policy
7.1. In order to access the service, the User must accept the provisions of the document.
7.2. Access to the service is permitted to each User.
7.3. The User is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password associated with access to his/her account.
7.4. Each User is obliged to notify ANNA CORI of any unauthorized use of his/her password and registration. ANNA CORI is not liable for any moral or material damage caused by the failure of Users to comply with this provision. In the event that use of a user account by other persons is established, ANNA CORI reserves the right to suspend or terminate the relevant account and to refuse all current or future attempts to use the Database.
7.5. ANNA CORI reserves the right to restrict the User/Client’s access to the service, depending on his/her behavior towards ANNA CORI, as well as in situations where the User uses inappropriate language on the site or in communication with ANNA CORI or causes material or image damage to ANNA CORI or its partners.
7.6. Sharing an account between multiple clients is prohibited. In case such a fact is discovered, ANNA CORI reserves the right to cancel or suspend the client’s access to the content or service. Also, in this situation, the client/clients who use one account together will no longer be able to benefit from ANNA CORI’s special offers.
7.7. In case a client has placed an order that has not been taken or
has canceled the order, ANNA CORI reserves the right to block the account of this client with prior notice.
Sold products
8.1. The products sold through the website www.annacori.bg are new products, in ANNA CORI packaging and at the time of delivery are accompanied by a tax invoice, in accordance with the current legislation. The products and services are offered under the conditions of compliance with the provisions of this document and within the available quantities.
8.2. The prices of the presented products include VAT and include delivery costs only for addresses throughout Bulgaria and only in the event that the amount of a single order/shipment is at least 100 BGN/50€.
8.3. The purchase price printed on the invoice will be the same as that indicated on the website and established by the ANNA CORI customer service consultant at the time of confirmation of the order as a firm order.
8.4. ANNA CORI does not provide any guarantees, other than those provided by applicable law, regarding, including but not limited to, the functioning of this site, the information, the accuracy of the descriptions, the updating of the content, the products on the site and their suitability for a particular purpose. Users expressly agree that the use of this site and the purchase of products or services is at their own risk, the only exception being the obligation of ANNA CORI to grant users the right to unilaterally terminate the contract in accordance with the applicable law, as detailed in this document.
Validity of prices and special/promotional offers
9.1. ANNA CORI reserves the right to change the prices charged for the products and/or services offered on the site without prior notice to the User or Client. If the order has already been issued, the purchase price of the products or services may only be changed with the consent of both parties.
9.2. The purchase price of the products and services is that at the time of issuing the order, within the available quantities.
9.3. The purchase price of the promotional products and services is that at the time of issuing the order, within the available quantities and/or the promotional period, if any.
9.5. The purchase price of the products and/or services under a concluded contract cannot be changed.
9.6. The customer may cancel the products and services purchased under the order only during the period between issuing the order and its conversion into a contract, only if the payment method chosen by him is cash on delivery.
9.7. The customer may cancel the products and/or services purchased under the contract, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation.
10. Online Order
10.1. The Customer may place orders for products sold at a given time exclusively on the Site. We do not accept orders by phone.
10.2. By completing the order, the Customer agrees that all data provided by him, necessary for the purchase process, are true, complete and correct as of the date of submission of the order, indicated in this document as an issued order.
10.3. By completing the order, the Customer agrees that ANNA CORI may contact him, for the following purposes/situations, by all means available/agreed upon by ANNA CORI, depending on the purpose/situation:
10.3.1. Checking the availability of the products and the quantities purchased by the Customer, within 3 business days;
10.3.2. Clarifying the delivery details of the products by mutual agreement, in writing;
10.3.3. Informing the Customer about the status of the delivery of the products, the payment terms, as well as any problems that may arise during the performance of the contractual relations carried out on the basis of the respective order.
10.4. ANNA CORI may automatically terminate the order placed by the Customer, without any subsequent obligation of either party to the other or without either party being able to claim compensation from the other, in the following cases:
10.4.1. The data provided by the Customer, on the site or in the content of the order, are incomplete or incorrect;
10.4.2. The Customer's activity on the site may and/or cause damage of any nature to ANNA CORI and/or its partners.
10.5. From the moment the Customer confirms the value of the order placed or when ANNA CORI informs the Customer about his confirmed order, his order becomes a Distance Contract, referred to in this document as the Contract, to which these General Terms and Conditions are attached, but not limited to.
10.6. If the Customer changes his personal data using the forms available on the site, all contracts in force at that time retain the data specified/accepted by the Customer before the change.
10.7. The order processing schedule is from Monday to Saturday.
between 10:00 – 16:00, delivery will be made from Monday to Friday between 10:00 – 17:00 by courier.
10.8 If you have a problem related to the order and it cannot be resolved by email or you would like more details or clarifications related to different situations, you can send an email to [email protected] or by calling the phone number: 0899 506 555, from Monday to Friday between 10:00 – 17:00.
11. Payment for products
11.0 Payment can be made online by bank card or by cash on delivery (cash) upon delivery of the package by the courier.
11.1. Payment for products ordered from the website www.annacori.bg according to these "General Terms and Conditions" can be made in advance or upon delivery of the products.
The ordered products must be paid in full, otherwise the delivery will not be made.
11.2. Advance payment can be made by payment order; proof of payment must be sent to us at the email address: [email protected]. Delivery will only be made after the money has been credited to ANNA CORI's account.
12. Delivery
12.1. Delivery of the products will be made within a maximum of 3 business days from the successful submission of the order, via a third-party courier company, anywhere in Bulgaria, only addresses for which delivery does not require additional costs are accepted. During promotional campaigns, the delivery time is a maximum of 5 business days.
12.2. ANNA CORI reserves the right to ask customers to confirm the issued order before fulfilling it, by contacting the customers in case this is their first order with ANNA CORI.
12.3. The costs of courier delivery of the order are borne by ANNA CORI only in case the amount of a single order is at least 100 BGN/50 €. ANNA CORI reserves the right to deliver orders within 5 business days from the date of issue.
12.4. If the customer is not found at the specified address within the mutually agreed period, the courier will return again after being able to contact the customer. If the customer is not found at the delivery address even after the second delivery attempt, the order will be canceled and the product will be returned to ANNA CORI headquarters, with the customer bearing the costs of a new delivery, regardless of the value of the ordered products. The delivery address of the product will be confirmed together with the ANNA CORI customer service consultant, only in writing by email.
12.5. The receipt of the products constitutes acceptance by the customer that the products have arrived in perfect condition and is represented by a signature on the legal documents. The invoice constitutes proof of the conclusion of the purchase and sale contract, in accordance with the current Bulgarian legislation. By signing the invoice, the customer expressly agrees that he has received the product(s) that meets the order and his/her needs.
12.6 Orders received after 3:00 PM will be processed and shipped the next day. Orders received on Saturday after 12:00 PM will be processed the following week, Monday.
12.7. ANNA CORI reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries of ordered products if they cannot be fulfilled for reasons beyond ANNA CORI's control, including: fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, wars, terrorist acts, protests, riots, civil unrest or other force majeure circumstances, according to the customs of Romanian law.
13. Product warranty. Complaints
13.1. The commercial warranty provided is 30 days from receipt of the product.
The consumer warranties are in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and are found in the warranty certificate that accompanies the product. In order to benefit from the warranty, the consumer is obliged to comply with the instructions, recommendations and observations contained in the warranty certificate.
13.2. ANNA CORI is not responsible for defects resulting from the customer's failure to comply with these requirements.
13.3. When claiming a guarantee, the defective product must be sent by courier to ANNA CORI at the specified address, in the original packaging, together with the relevant accessories, a copy of the fiscal invoice and the receipt from the courier, plus a written complaint stating: customer name, first name, contact phone number, reason for the complaint, the alleged reasons leading to the complaint, the customer's claims. In the event that the products are returned to ANNA CORI without these documents, the products may be returned to the applicant/sender, without ANNA CORI authorizing the guarantee claim.
13.4. The legal deadline for resolving the guarantee claim is 14 days from receipt of the defective product.
13.5. The procedure for complaints related to the package (product) received by you, in the sense of problems caused by the courier service, transport, including non-conformity of the product
and is as follows, otherwise they will not be taken into account:
13.3.1. complaints must be sent in advance by email, within a maximum of 48 hours from the date of receipt of the product by the customer (after this period the complaint is no longer valid)
13.3.2. the product must be sent to the ANNA CORI headquarters by courier, in the original packaging, together with the relevant accessories, a copy of the tax invoice and the courier receipt, plus a written complaint stating: customer name, first name, contact telephone number, reason for the complaint, the alleged reasons leading to the complaint, the customer's claims.
13.4. ANNA CORI will respond to the complaint within a maximum of 5 days of its receipt. In order to resolve complaints and provide guarantees, ANNA CORI may decide:
13.4.1 to reject the complaint;
13.4.2. to remove the complained goods at its own expense;
13.4.3. to grant a discount;
13.4.4. to replace the goods or return them.
13.5. No complaint will be considered if the product has been modified, processed or in any way affected by it. This list is not exhaustive.
13.6. The customer is not entitled to claim compensation for the quality or quantity of the goods purchased from ANNA CORI if he has not followed the aforementioned complaint procedure.
14. Return of products and refund of the value of the products -->RETURN REQUEST
14.1. If you are not satisfied with the product received, ANNA CORI allows you to return it within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, subject to the return conditions.
14.2. In the event of a return of the product, the customer may choose an equivalent value of the product (only for online purchases) or a replacement with another product, at least the value of the returned one, with payment of the difference if the price of the products differs. The return can only be made via the Speedy courier service.
For products purchased from our physical stores, the customer has the option only to replace them with another product directly in the store.
Bulgarian legislation in this area provides: "The consumer, a natural person, has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, within 14 days, without penalty and without giving a reason." The only costs that may be borne by the consumer are the direct costs of returning the products. "Customers" or "consumers" are only NATURAL PERSONS. Customers with legal personality do not have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, as the legislation in this area applies only to natural persons.
If you are not satisfied with the product received, ANNA CORI allows you to return it within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, subject to the return conditions:
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, unused, not showing signs of wear, impact or contamination, contain all accessories related to the product, be in the original packaging, accompanied by a warranty certificate, invoice and courier receipt (original or copy).
In case of a product return, the customer can choose to return the value of the product (only for online purchases) or request another product, at least in value... of the returned one with payment of the difference if the price of the products differs.
Exchange for another product can be made only once, both for purchases from the online store and for purchases from physical stores.
The return of the amount of money is made only by bank transfer to the IBAN account specified in the return form.
You can fill out a RETURN REQUEST on the site and automatically request a courier for orders in Bulgaria or personally request it to any courier company.
The return can only be made via FAST COURIER requested by you.
Packages are sent to our store, Paradise Center 100 Cherni Vrah Blvd., Anna Kori store, level -1.
The original packaging of the product must be in the same condition in which it was sent, without signs of damage, without glued boxes, or other stickers.
RETURN PROCEDURE:
1. Enter the website annacori.bg, Delivery and Returns section.
2. Fill in the order number (without "#") and email address.
3. Select the items you want to return.
4. Fill in the reason for the return and the return action
5. If you want a refund, select "Request for action - Refund amount" and fill in the IBAN in the available field.
The refund can only be made by bank transfer.
6. If you want to exchange the item, write in the comments section the size or product you want to exchange
7. Check the box "Call a courier at the delivery address in the order"
8. Click on “Send Return Request”
The return request is automatically sent to the courier system and they send a courier to pick up the package within 3 business days, maximum within Bulgaria.
You will receive a tracking number and all return statuses by email to your order address. The shipping costs for sending the return (replacement) to us are at your expense. The shipping fee may increase depending on the volume and weight of the package and depending on the address from which the package was picked up, as additional kilometers may be added if the address is not in the coverage area of the Speedy courier service.
After registering a return request, you will receive all the details of this procedure directly by email to the email address of your order. Please also check the Spam/Junk section.
The refund will be made within 14 working days from the date of processing the return, by bank transfer to the IBAN account specified in the return form. The delivery fee for orders under 100 BGN/50 € is not refundable.
In case of product exchange, after the package arrives at our e-store, the deadline for sending the replaced product is 5 working days, with the delivery fee being paid by us for sending the desired product for exchange.
It is possible to exchange an ordered online product, with a different size or with another product, directly in ANNA CORI stores, by paying the difference in price.
Request for information regarding the availability of the desired product for exchange in the store.
The product exchanged in the store must meet the return conditions above.

If you do not comply with the return conditions, also specified in the General Terms and Conditions, we will not accept your return.

15. Newsletter/Bulletin
15.1. Subscription and unsubscription to the newsletter/bulletin on the website www.annacori.bg is free and voluntary and implies acceptance of the following terms of use.
15.2. The messages sent are not unsolicited and comply with the e-commerce provisions regarding commercial communication established by Romanian and international law.
15.3. Receiving the newsletter requires the User or Client to fill out a form and unconditionally accept the document, if he has not already expressed this consent. The User may also express his/her consent to receive the newsletter when opening a User Account.
15.4. The data collected from the User or the Customer for the purpose of sending the newsletter may be used by ANNA CORI within the framework of the Privacy Policy.
15.5. The User or the Customer may opt out of receiving the newsletter at any time as follows:
15.5.1. By using the specifically designated link in each newsletter received;
15.5.2. By changing your consent to receive the newsletter and use of pages in restricted areas, by using your account;
15.5.3. By contacting ANNA CORI, according to the contact information, and without any subsequent obligation of either party to the other or without either party being able to claim compensation from the other.
15.6. Refusal to receive the newsletter does not mean withdrawal of the consent given for this document.
15.7. ANNA CORI reserves the right to choose the persons to whom it will send the newsletter, as well as the right to remove from its database any User or Client who has previously expressed consent to receive the newsletter, without subsequent commitment from ANNA CORI or prior notification thereof.
15.8. ANNA CORI will not include in its newsletters sent to the User or Client any other type of advertising materials in the form of content that refers to a third party that is not a partner of ANNA CORI at the time of sending the newsletter.
16.11. For sections of the site that may include posts by Users, the responsibility for the content of these posts lies entirely with their authors. ANNA CORI reserves the right not to publish posts that contradict the terms of use or that it considers harmful in any way to its own image, to its customers, partners or third parties.
16.12. ANNA CORI does not guarantee in any way that the documents, files or other data packages that are
The content of or linked to this site does not contain viruses and is not responsible for current or future damage caused by or through this site. Therefore, for its own protection, each User of this site must use an antivirus program when using the site.
16.13. ANNA CORI does not undertake to update the information and materials on the Site with a certain frequency/periodicity. The information may change at any time and without notice and may be included in subsequent modifications to the Site, which will be made according to the capabilities of ANNA CORI.
16.14. ANNA CORI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special damages, including, but not limited to, damages for lost profits, reputation, use of data or other intangible or immeasurable losses (even if ANNA CORI has been informed in advance of the possibility of such losses), arising from:
i. use or inability to use the information published on the Site;
ii. unauthorized access to or damage to the User’s transmissions or data;
iii. statements or actions of third parties regarding the services and/or the Content of the Site;
iv. any other matter related to the content of the Site.
17. Privacy Policy
17.1. ANNA CORI is registered as a personal data controller.
17.2. ANNA CORI guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data stored and transmitted through its IT system. 18. Force majeure and accidental events
18.1. Unless otherwise expressly provided, neither party to a concluded contract that is still in force shall be liable for the failure to perform on time and/or properly, in whole or in part, any of the obligations arising from the contract, if the failure to perform the relevant obligation is caused by force majeure.
18.2. The party or the legal representative of the party invoking the aforementioned event shall be obliged to notify the other party immediately and in full of its occurrence and to take all measures at its disposal to limit the consequences of the relevant event.
18.3. The party or the legal representative of the party invoking the aforementioned event shall be released from this obligation only if the event prevents it from performing it.
18.4. If the relevant event does not cease within 15 days from the date of its occurrence, each party has the right to notify the other party of the complete termination of the contract, without either party being able to claim any other damages from the other.
18.5. The party invoking force majeure must prove the impossibility of fulfilling the obligations within 30 days from the date of the occurrence of the event.
19. Applicable law. Disputes.
19.1. By using/visiting/viewing/etc. the site and/or any content sent by ANNA CORI to the User/Client by accessing and/or sending in any way (electronically, by telephone, etc.), the latter declares his/her agreement at least with these "Terms of Use". 19.2. This document will be interpreted in accordance with Bulgarian law.
19.3. These conditions constitute the only evidentiary legal instrument for resolving any disputes between the parties by mutual agreement or, in case of disagreement, through legal actions for compensation addressed to the competent court.
19.4. Any dispute related to these "General Terms and Conditions" or the performance of contractual obligations that may arise between the User/Client and ANNA CORI will be resolved by mutual agreement.
19.5. If mutual resolution is not possible, the conflict will be resolved in the competent court at the registered office of ANNA CORI, in accordance with the Bulgarian legislation in force.
19.6. If any of the provisions of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid. Any invalid provision shall be replaced by a similar provision within the meaning and purpose of the above.

If the conflict cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the Romanian court or an alternative dispute resolution body agreed by both parties will be competent.
