DELIVERY

The delivery of the products will be carried out via the courier company Speedy within a maximum of 3 working days from the successful submission of the order, anywhere in Bulgaria. If the delivery address is not in the coverage area of the courier company, additional costs will be charged (check the list of courier services).

During promotional campaigns, the delivery time is a maximum of 5 working days.

For orders in Bulgaria, the shipping cost is free, for orders of at least 100 BGN/50 €, otherwise the price is according to the price list of Speedy AD.

For external orders, the shipping cost is 25 euros.

If the customer is not found at the specified address within the mutually agreed period, the courier will return again after he manages to contact the customer. If the customer is not found at the delivery address even after the second delivery attempt, the order will be cancelled and the product will be returned to the head office of Anna Cori Bulgaria, and the customer will bear the costs of a new delivery, regardless of the value of the ordered products. The delivery address of the product will be confirmed together with the ANNA CORI customer service consultant, only in writing, by email.

The receipt of the products constitutes acceptance by the customer that the products have arrived in perfect condition and is represented by a signature on the legal documents. The invoice constitutes proof of the conclusion of the sales contract, according to the current Romanian legislation. The customer expresses his explicit consent by signing the invoice regarding the fact that he has received the product that meets the order and his needs.

Orders received after 15:00 will be processed and shipped the next day.

ANNA CORI reserves the right to ask customers to confirm the order placed before fulfilling it, by contacting them in the case of customers who are the first to place an order. The delivery period starts from the receipt of the order confirmation email.

ANNA CORI reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries of ordered products if they cannot be fulfilled for reasons beyond ANNA CORI's control, including: fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, wars, terrorist acts, protests, riots, civil unrest or other force majeure circumstances under Romanian law.

ANNA CORI reserves the right to cancel deliveries of ordered products to persons who have repeatedly refused shipments without a valid reason.
