Delivery & Return
The delivery of the products will be carried out via the courier company Speedy within a maximum of 3 working days from the successful submission of the order, anywhere in Bulgaria. If the delivery address is not in the coverage area of the courier company, additional costs will be charged (check the list of courier services). During promotional campaigns, the delivery time of orders is a maximum of 5 working days. We are unable to reserve a product from an online order by sending it on the desired date.
For orders within Bulgaria, the costs of sending the shipment by courier are borne by us, with a minimum shipment amount of 100lv/50€, except for delivery addresses that are not in the coverage area of the courier company. There is a possibility of picking up the order from Speedy points. In the case of an order with multiple items, there is a possibility that the items will be sent from different locations, therefore the delivery time may differ. You will receive confirmation and delivery details for each ordered item by email.
For external orders, the shipping cost is 25 euros. The delivery time for external orders is between 5 and 7 business days.
"The consumer, a natural person, has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract remotely, within 14 days, without penalty and without giving a reason. The only costs that may be borne by the consumer are the direct costs of returning the products". "Customers" or "consumers" are only NATURAL PERSONS. Customers who own legal property do not have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, as the legislation in this area applies only to natural persons.
If you are not satisfied with the product received, ANNA CORI allows you to return it within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, subject to the return conditions:
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, unused, not showing signs of wear, impact or contamination, containing all accessories related to the product, in its original packaging, accompanied by a warranty certificate and invoice.
In the event of a product return, the customer may choose to refund the value of the product (only for online purchases) or request another product, with payment of the difference if the price of the product differs.
The exchange for another product can be made only once, both for purchases from the online store and for purchases from physical stores.
The refund is made only by bank transfer to the IBAN account indicated on the return form, within a maximum of 14 days from the date of processing the return.
You can fill out a RETURN REQUEST on the site and automatically request a courier for orders from Bulgaria or personally request it to any courier company.
Returns can only be made via a courier requested by you. We cannot accept shipments from post offices.
Shipments are sent to our head office/store Sofia 1407 100 Cherni Vrah Blvd., Anna Cori store, level -1.
It is possible to exchange a product ordered online for a different size or for another product directly in the physical ANNA CORI stores, paying the difference in price. Request to find out the availability of the desired product for exchange in a store. The product exchanged in the store must meet the return conditions above.
RETURN PROCEDURE:
1. Log in to the website annacori.bg, Delivery and Returns section
2. Fill in the order number (without "#") and email address
3. Select the items you want to return
4. Fill in the reason for the return and the return action
5. If you want a refund, select Return action -> Refund amount and fill in the IBAN in the available field.
Refunds can only be made by bank transfer.
6. If you want to exchange the item, write in the comments section the size or product you want to exchange
7. Check the box "Call a courier at the delivery address in the order"
8. Click on "Send return request"
The return request is sent to the courier company and they will send a courier to pick up the package within 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number and return status by email to your order address.
The shipping costs associated with sending your return/exchange to us are at your expense, returns made on the site by an individual through a Return Request. The return fee may increase depending on the volume and kilograms of the package, as well as the address from which the package was picked up, as additional kilometers may be added if the address is not in the coverage area of the courier service.
The refund of the value of the products will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the date of processing the return, by bank transfer to the IBAN account indicated in the return form.
In the case of a product exchange, once the package arrives at our head office, the deadline for sending the replaced product is 5 working days, and the delivery fee is paid by you for sending the desired product.
For products purchased from physical stores, the customer only has the option to exchange them for another product directly in the store.
For picking up packages outside Bulgaria, from Europe, the courier cannot be called through the return request on the site, but it is necessary to contact a courier company of your choice and send the package to our head office. As for picking up packages outside Europe, you must return through the same courier company with which you originally received the package. We cannot pick up packages from post offices.
If you do not comply with the return conditions stated above, we will not accept your return.
