Order

How do I place an order?

- Buy online by searching for the product in the desired category and selecting the desired option
- On the product page, select the size (in the case of shoes) and add it to the cart
- View the cart, place the order and follow the instructions

How do I choose my shoe size?
- ANNA CORI shoes are manufactured according to standard European/Italian measurements. Please refer to the size chart for more information. You will also find the size guide on the product page.

How do I know if a product is available?
- This information is displayed on each product page. If you enter and have the option to select a size and add to cart, then the product is available and you can order it. If a product is not available, "Out of stock" will appear and you have the option to add the product to your wish list and we will notify you by email when it is available again.

How do I know if I have placed the order correctly?
- After completing the above steps and placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once we have received your order and verified all the details, we will start the preparation process and your order will be shipped to you. For this purpose, you will receive a separate email with a notification when the product has left us and has been picked up by the courier.

Our customer relations team may contact you during this time to verify certain details.

How can I pay for an order?

- You can pay for the order online with the following cards: Maestro, MasterCard, Visa and Visa Electron or you can choose the payment on delivery option.

Does my personal information remain confidential?

To create an ANNA CORI account, you will provide us with an email address and full name. To place an order, we need your delivery address, billing address (if different from the delivery address), phone number and card details if you choose the card payment option. If necessary, these details can be used to verify and validate the order.

In what currency can I pay for an order from Anna Cori?
Payment will be made in Bulgarian lev on the website www.annacori.bg. Regardless of the currency of the card, the conversion is made in BGN.

How do I create an account at Anna Cori?
On the main page of Anna Cori, in the top menu, there is the “Account” section. Follow the steps to create an account at Anna Cori and take advantage of the benefits.

What are the benefits of an account at Anna Cori?
Firstly, you can place orders much easier and you can track your history. Secondly, you will receive information by email about offers, discount periods, new collections and more.

How can I close my Anna Cori account?
If you have any questions about your account or would like to close it, please contact our Customer Service department and we will assist you.

How can I unsubscribe from the Anna Cori newsletter?
To unsubscribe from Anna Cori notifications, you can select the "Unsubscribe" option in any email you receive from us.

What should I do if I have forgotten my account password?
Please select the "Forgot password?" option when trying to log in and follow the instructions. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact our Customer Service department.

Shipping

Can I change the shipping address after I have placed my order?
Depending on the status of the order, we may be able to change the shipping address. Please contact Customer Service for more information.
If your order has already been picked up by the courier, then we can no longer change the address.

Will I receive information about the day and time of delivery?
Once the order is picked up by the courier, you will receive this information via SMS and you will be able to contact the courier. Usually, after confirming the order, delivery is made within 1-2 business days.

Which courier company will deliver the package and how much does it cost?
We deliver nationwide with SPEEDY , . If your address is not in the main coverage area, there will be an additional charge. Please check the SPEEDY website for this information.

Internationally, delivery is made with DPD.

Can I track my order?
You will receive an email when your order is picked up by the courier, which will contain the tracking number. You can enter this identification code on the Speedy.bg website and you will receive more information.

What can I do if I receive a different product or if the product is defective?
We regret that you have received a different product from the one you ordered. In such a case, please contact the Customer Relations department and provide the following information:
-order number and customer name
- a brief description of the problem
- photos to support the description

Our team will contact you as soon as possible to resolve this situation.

If the product has manufacturing defects, we will replace it, depending on stock availability.

Returns and Exchanges

What is the return policy?

The return of an ordered product can be made according to the law within 14 calendar days, without penalties or without specifying a reason.

How do I exchange or return a product?
If you want to change the size/color of the ordered product or replace it with another one, you have two options.
The product returned for exchange must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, unused, without signs of wear, impact or contamination, contain all accessories related to the product, be in the original packaging, accompanied by a warranty certificate, invoice and courier receipt (original or copy).

The product will be sent to the head office: Paradise Center Sofia 1407 100 Cherni Vrah Blvd., Anna Kori store, level -1, after you have previously notified the "Customer Relations" department.

The same conditions as stated above apply to the return of a product. The customer can choose to receive a refund (for online purchases only) or order another product, with payment or refund of the difference if the price of the products differs.
The return can only be made by express courier of your choice.

The refund will be made within 14 working days from the date of approval of the claim, by bank transfer to the IBAN account indicated in the claim form.

The shipping costs associated with the return or exchange, as well as the delivery of the product requested for exchange, are at your expense.

Can I return a product purchased at a discount?

Yes, you can return a purchased product for exchange if it meets the conditions specified above and in the return policy.

Can I exchange a product ordered online in a physical Anna Cori store?

You have the option to visit any Anna Cori store in the country and exchange the ordered product(s) for another item available at the selected location, provided that the product selected for exchange must be of at least the value of the originally purchased product, otherwise you will pay the difference. Any exchange of a product can be made within the available quantities.
